How do I install the lpia kernel packages?

Asked by Jonathan Reeve

So I installed a fresh jaunty UNR, which I hear is specifically compiled for lpia. Recently, however, there have been kernel updates and I think I'm now running a generic 2.6.28 kernel. Is there a way to install a recent (i.e. 2.6.28, or even better, 2.6.29) lpia kernel?

the standard UNR 9.4 version is not Lpia for some strange reason they decided there was no reason to release an Atom optimized version if you want a lpia version you will have to re-install using this iso http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/releases/jaunty/release/ubuntu-9.04-alternate-lpia.iso and then install the UNR packages
