Jaunty LPIA Install with Remix

I just installed the Jaunty Alternate Install CD for LPIA. This worked great. I then installed the unbuntu-netbook-remix packages. Once that got up and running I can see the netbook launcher but it is not displaying the top part of the program (with the title, min, max, etc) on the top bar like it use to do. Is there some other configuration I need to do after I install netbook-remix?
