Menu editing in Remix

How can I edit the menu entries in Remix? I need to remove several menu categories and the "Menu" application in "Settings" does not seem to have any effect.

AFAIK there is no easy way to edit menu entries.
You could manually edit entries in files located at /usr/share/applications/*.desktop

/usr/share/desktop-directories/*.desktop is seems to be responsible for "folders" in launcher

Dont understand. How to group menu entries in application menu, like sections settings and administation in System menu? I want to do split categories of Games: Arcade, Sport, Stratagy and others.
