Ubuntu Netbook Remix Launcher

Netbook-launcher can´t use with a touchscreen

Hello,
i use netbook-launcher with ubuntu and a touchscreen.
My problem i can only start the programs from favorite.
In the other items when i touch on the icon , the icon will always drag and drop.
Can i deactivate this function?
