If you want to open GNOME Terminal in the current folder, there is an other extension called nautilus-open-terminal: http://ubuntu-tutorials.com/2007/05/13/nautilus-open-terminal-terminal-quick-launch/

The purpose of Nautilus Terminal is to embed a terminal in the Nautilus' window.
