Nautilus Terminal

Nautilus Terminal bar constantly at top of screen

After updating the Nautilus -Terminal this morning, a grey Nautilus-Terminal tool bar/panel has appeared at the top of my screen. It gets partially covered by the panel at the top, but has a Preferences and Show button at the top - as if it is in a Nautilus window. Doesn't respond to right click or moving. Ubunti 10.04
