Can't get a lock with Hauppauge hvr-1110

Hello,

I have a fully-working Hauppauge HVR-2200 (dual tuner DVB-T) working on Mythbuntu Lucid.

My country has three multiplexes, so I bought a Hauppauge HVR-1110 (single tuner DVB-T) to cover all three.

It seems to register correctly (dmesg shows it registering to /dev/dvb/). When I add it as a card in MythTV backend setup, it seems to work correctly, scanning for channels gets signal, but fails to lock onto anything. In LiveTV, it also fails to get a lock. I switched the antenna cable and that doesn't help (so everything that works with my hvr-2200 doesn't work with the hvr-1110)

I'm pretty lost for ideas. Can anyone help, please?

I have the triangle hvr-1110, which looks like it should be supported:

Would the card still create a /dev/dvb/ node if the firmware didn't load? I assumed that it must have loaded the firmware because there was a device node.
