how to suggest (or share) patches

Please tell me how to share patches (codes).
- mail to the mailing list ?
- code submit?

I am recently configuring quite a number of mysqld nodes with sandboxes.
Currently I have 5 nodes on a physical server and there are 4+ physical servers.

I am very grateful to sandbox developers, because without sandbox I could not handle that number of nodes.

However, I couldn't be fully satisfied with genuine sandbox tools to achieve my goals.
So I have made some patches with which I've been able to manage sandboxes more easily.

Now I want to share my patches to contribute to sandbox project.

Hi,
If you have patches, please do the following:
1) write a blueprint that describes the features you want to introduce
2) make a bzr branch with your code, and submit it with a merge proposal
3) possibly, include tests that verify the correctness of your code
