Was my dumper at any time released under any license other than GPLv3?
If so, which version and which license?

All mine and Andrew Hutchings contributions can be treated as GPLv2, it is just Oracle ones that are in question now.
Unfortunately, Oracle contributions start at rev16 (merged in by me), and starting at rev44 they are continuing onwards quite a bit.

So, we are a bit in questionable state at the moment, and to relicense we need to go through Oracle legal.
Generally only revs 1-15 are 'pure', they were written at my spare time outside of any IP agreements.

Can you help with this problem?
