creates a special app for wikipedia, without using that of wikimedia and then go there, because wikipedia is the most widely used wikimedia project

There are already wikipedia apps in app store. One also created by me: https://uappexplorer.com/app/wikipedia.mattirn
But IMHO the best wikipedia app you will obtain by configuring yourself wikimedia app: enter the app configuration page and remove all the wikimedia project websites except the wikipedia. After you have space for 19 individual wikipedia pages that you can bookmark to the app website menu if needed. You can bookmark web pages using a radial action button 'bookmark'.
