how to specify language while uploading to repository?

I found that the websites are also classified by languages in the repository. Is there any way to specify language of a website while uploading to the repository?

The only way to move the website to the language category is to post request here or email it directly to me.
On upload is executed a simple procedure which will check website url of the top level generic domains (com, net, org, eu, ...), it will identify a language category and categorize website accordingly. (for example: http://www.junat.net/fi/ => Finnish and https://de.m.wikipedia.org/ => German)

I uploaded some websites to the repo, but they didn't get listed in their language category as they don't have any language detecting keyword in the url. Also the owners haven't declared the language in html codes. I shall send you an email listing these sites mentioning their languages.
