Add support for forecast.io in weather services.

Hi,

Would it be possible to add Forecast.io as a supported weather service? It's probably the best and most advanced service available these days in addition to Weather Undergrouf. It has recently been added to the weather extension for Gnome-Shell but I would really like to see Forecast.io implemented in Unity as well.
