Ubuntu 13.10. Black frame around widget.

Ubuntu got updates a few weeks ago. Now widget on desktop has a black frame, but it happens in random order. Some times the frame doesn't appear. If I change some thing in the settings of MWI and click OK or just kill the proccess and start it again manualy the frame never appear.

A few days ago I removed Xneur app and the black frame doesn't appear any more. Great news for me :)
