How can "My-Weather-Indicator" widget clock be adjusted for D.S.T ?

My desktop-widget clock for "My-weather-indicator' is one hour off during the summertime because of the US national switch to DST How can I fix this?

Currently, my-weather-indicator uses a source that doesn't have DST info. I changed it to use geonames.org and have a separate PPA at ppa:saiarcot895/myppa that includes this change and a few other changes.

Can you help with this problem?
