MWI does not refresh/update automatically

My version of MWI needs to be manually updated, rather than doing it automatically.

I'm using WeatherUnderground as a source. My API key is fine, all the information is displayed correctly...it's just not updating at all.

I have tried purging, deleting the ~/.config files, and those under the /opt/ folder. nothing seems to change the "no updating" problem.

I also generated an API key for World Weather Online, but MWI won't accept it. I put the key in the box & click activate, but the selection box for World Weather never becomes active. (I include this in case it has something to do with the 'no update/refresh' problem)

Any other information you need, or change to make, please let me know.
