Is it possible to pin widget to desktop

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to pin the widget to the desktop so it stays below all open windows? Also is there a way to make the widget show up on workspaces?

The only relevant option I've noticed is one to keep the widget on top of all other windows. I was wondering if it was possible to achieve its exact opposite and keep it below all other windows
