Weather info is not displayed

If I set Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Sochi, Kazan (all of these are Russian cities), I see "N/A".
If I set Kiev (Ukraine) or Minsk (Belarus), I see that info is displayed.

Can you please explain this?

I have the same trouble since a few days ago.. "N/A" as all info..
"Refresh info" does nothing :\
