Please add an entry "Go to the top" in the Menu

Hello,

I like Mustard a lot and use it exclusively to manage my Identi.ca and Twitter account on Android, thanks a lot for this opensource application !

New version (with top menu when touching a message) and dark theme are perfect. I just have a little feature request : I have lots of follower, so many messages to read, and sometimes I scroll huge to the bottom.

And then if I want to go back to first message or read the updated ones, I have to scroll back a lot, which is annoying.

Could it be possible to add, in the options displayed when we click on the smartphone "Menu" button, in addition to Search, Mentions, Preferences, Bookmarks, Disconnect and About, a row with "Go to the top" or "Scroll to top" entry, which would immediately put the cursor back to top and first message read on the screen ?
