App crashes and doesnt open

What info can i add to a bug report if my musoc app opens, starts to load the track list and freezes?
It doesnt work any more no matter what i do.

Bq E4.5 on OTA13

Hi,

The following logs are useful:
~/.cache/upstart/application-click-com.ubuntu.music_*.log
~/.cache/upstart/media-hub.log
~/.cache/upstart/mediascanner-2.0.log

Also the version of your device can be useful if you run the following command:
$ system-image-cli -i

when it comes to log files, I have only
media-hub.log

and

mediascanner-2.0.log.1.gz

nothing more

Note that the logs are rotated on a reboot. So you may need to attempt to launch the music-app in your existing session to generate some logs. If after doing this there still aren't logs then it could be an issue higher up, such as stale lock files.

Please let me know if you are able to generate some logs.
