Is Gapless Playback a planned Feature?

Hello devs,
I wonder, whether Gapless Playback a planned Feature? If I am right, 'Music' does not play gapless currently. This is especially important for listeners of classical music.

There was a previous question about this [0], now that background playlists support this should be easier to implement in the media-hub portion of the platform. I'm going to open a bug report based on this question for you :-)
