skip song

This question/suggestion was already mentioned by Miguel (migueltejel-i) on 2015-04-12 but I don't think there was any answer.

Would it be possible to skip the song that's is being played by pressing and holding the volume up/down button (even when the phone is locked)? This is possible with some other platforms (e.g. Blackberry) and I find it more comfortable than taking the phone out of the pocket, unlocking, going to the music app, pressing the "FF" or "REW" button and then locking again. Thank you.

Hi Juraj,

Thanks for the question! This issue was logged as a wishlist bug last year [1]--that's not to say it won't be implemented, but I think the team that addresses our user experience and design issues needs to figure out where such a feature would be toggled on or off and how to relay that to the user.
