How can I scrobble played songs to last.fm/libre.fm ?

Asked by Andre

Dear developers,

I would like to transmit played/playing music to last.fm and/or libre.fm like I do it from Rhythmbox on my Ubuntu desktop. Is this possible ?

Scrobbling would be totally enough. To played songs, statistics, related music, etc. I can go to the http://last.fm website.

Thanks,
André

Hi, Andre! Thanks for your question! From the Music app this isn't directly possible. There are plans to add last.fm scrobbling support, but the details haven't been ironed out.

There's an app in the store called "Libre.fm" that should still work to play from libre.fm. There's an app called "uRadio" that might have a good number of radio stations available to listen to--additionally if you search for "radio" in the Ubuntu Store there are a number of fairly high rated apps that might also work well. Best of luck in your search!

Thanks, Victor! I'm looking forward to the scrobbling support! Would add nicely to this beautiful app.
