olso.messaging support

It does not look like Murano supports QPID, which is the message queue RDO uses. Could support be added to use oslo.messaging so that all OpenStack supported message queues will work?

We have several questions about the oslo.messaging support:

1. Can be oslo.messaging used for multi-peers (1000+) message requests and wait responces for a long time from each peer?
2. Can be oslo.messaging used for dynamic-created peers ?
3. Cen we controll time to live for Rabbit MQ queues using the oslo.messaging library?
