mosquitto invalid libwebsockets3 dependency on xenial

Trying ot install latest mosquitto_1.4.10-0mosquitto2_amd64.deb from mosquitto-dev/mosquitto-ppa fails with invalid dependency:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 mosquitto : Depends: libwebsockets3 (>= 1.2) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

On xenial libwebsockets3 has been superseded by libwebsockets7

Will you update the package?
