Maintain MQTT Broker instance

Hello,

We are in a process to moving the Production server to new one. In this scenario, i want the MQTT Broker (mosquitto lib) installed as a windows service should be moved to new server.

Here my new server IP also same as current server so users can continue connecting the broker with the same tcp url which already using.

Here is my questions

1. Is it possible to move the same instance to new server since we need to maintain all topics created. Otherwise users who are already using the connection will be lost thier subscriptions.
2. how can we maintain the topic subscription in the new server without reinstalling the broker.
3. If it is not possible what will be solutions.
