Client Status

The log_dest topic is a wonderful method to get various statuses of the broker. However, would it also be possible to

1. Check if a given client_id is active or not

2. Check if a given message_id has been delivered or not, and if so then to which set of client_ids

I'm afraid that neither of the things you are asking about are
currently possible.

It's also worth noting that message ids are per-client and
per-direction (to or from the broker), so "a given message_id" doesn't
necessarily mean what you think it does.
