Error: "This email already belongs to someone else."

Since there hasen't been any reaction from your team, I'm posting this as a question, too.

This is a really annoying bug, reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-identity-provider/+bug/418172

Whenever I try to change the theme of the Ubuntu Wiki, it displays the message used in the title of this question. Could you please fix my account and the accounts of other affected people as soon as possible or at least provide an address to contact so this problem can be solved?

I still need somebody who is able to do this to fix my account!
