Support for telegram

Hi!

I'm working in adding a telegram option for the \social command. I have a couple of questions:

1) how are icons generated? are all made using tickz? how should I add the Telegram icon for this command??

2) are you willing to merge this addition to trunk ? Otherwise I'd do it for myself without using bazaar and stuff...
