driving licence option

To write in moderncv that you have a driving licence, you have to write here:
\extrainfo{Driving licence}

Is it possible to have a specific option, eg:
\drivinglicence{truck licence}

I don't see why a specific option would make sense; the purpose of \extrainfo is exactly for this kind of non-standard information, while a specific commands would make the usage and implementation (hence also customization) of moderncv more complex.
