(Option to) avoid immediate repetition of a card

I find that asking the same card again with no other card in between is of no particular value to me, and so I just automatically hit the answer button + the same grade button.
Could we please at least have an option that disallows the app to show us the same card that I just graded?
(Careful with degenerate 1-card and 0-card decks if you do implement this)

This has already been fixed in the 2.x development version
