Is there a way to use Mnemosyne from the console(i.e. in INX)

Is there a console mode for Mnemosyne?

If not how can I make a feature request for it, and how can I help make it happen?

Feature request are called blueprints on this site. If you start working on a
console text based user interface, be sure to start from the 2.x codebase.
