shortcut for <$> </$> using control+l

Adding latex to almost every card is slow going, any chance a shortcut could be created to produce <$> and</$> to save a few a seconds every card by using maybe control+l

Good suggestion, I'll add this to my todo list. It will probably be after the 2.0 release, though.
