Mnemosyne lock is activating and shows in error log. Can't run mnemosyne

When i go into mnemosyne it won't start and refers me to the mnemosyne log.exe. It talked about Menemosyne lock and i can't remember the error number. I uninstalled mnemosyne and reinstalled and the same problem pops up and it says to check the log and there is no log anymore of course so i can't put it in this message.
