Does Mlencr run on Windows ?

I haven't tested to compile it under Windows (mostly because I don't use it).
Even if not it should be easy to port it to Windows, because all used librarys should be portable.
I won't make any efforts to it. By the way using Windows (especially for encrypted mailing lists
and in general) may be not the wisest choice
