Can I record my mixes on a cd?

I would like to create cheerleading mix tape. Can I mix more than two songs together? After mixing the songs can I record in onto a cd?

Mixxx has only 2 virtual decks and can only mix 2 songs at a time (it would very difficult to mix more then 2 songs in real time unless you where a very practiced/good DJ).

I believe there is an option to record to a wave file which could be then be recorded onto a CD using some burning software (I've not tried it myself).

Where is the wave file located and how do I record? Is this information listed in the manual.

Options -> Preferences -> Recording == to pick where the recording will save to, add author tags, etc
Options -> Start Recording == To start / stop recording

Should be pretty straight foward

bob, it might be you have an older version. Recording is a relatively new feature.
