Some effects only present as "Quick effects"

Hello,

I have noticed that available effects in panel effects section are:
flanger, filter, echo, reverb, bitcrusher.

Quick effects are only moog ladder 4 filter, filter, bitcrusher. Is that wanted or do I have some configuration problem?

Uncheck "Only alow .. " in the EQ preferences.
That populates the Quick effect comboboxes with all effects.

I tried it but other effects don't work in Quick effects comboboxes. Also, is it possible to show all effects in normal effects panel?
