It is hard to say. It is implemented once a contributor is willing to spend his time to integrate it into Mixxx.
There is a foss library for the hard part libmpcdec6, but I have not a clue how hard it will be to interface it with Mixxx.

If you like file a bug for this request. Than we can track it among the other requests.
