mission-control-5 should be assigned to the Telepathy team/group

The https://launchpad.net/mission-control-5 project is currently owned by the Registry Administrators. Mission Control is part of the Telepathy framework. There is a Telepathy team (https://launchpad.net/~telepathy) and project group (https://launchpad.net/telepathy) that it should probably be assigned to.

Also, https://launchpad.net/mission-control-5 currently links to an obsolete Sourceforge project (it's now hosted on Freedesktop.org).
