Not sure if shift tab and mouse drag behavior is bug or by design

Following are things I noticed while using Unity8 on 16.10:

 * shift + tab in Browser takes focus to address bar instead of previous element in page
 * trying to drag selected text only changes the selection

I want to ask if these are behaviors by design or bugs.

The shift+tab behavior is probably a design decision inside the browser-app. Dragging on selected text is part of the ui toolkit (look for ubuntu-ui-toolkti). Mir is not really involved in those decisions - it only provides the facilities..

Changing this question to "Invalid" (or "Solved" if you like). It's really about an application's behaviour and not related to Mir at all.
