How to move the close, minimize, maximize buttons to the right?

In 10.04u1, the user is given the option to move the close, minimize and maximize buttons over to the right of the window (Windows-style) instead of the Ubuntu default location of the left (OSX-style). In order to fix this (and move the buttons over to the right), open Terminal (Appications > Accessories > Terminal) and enter the following command:

gconftool-2 --set /apps/metacity/general/button_layout --type string menu:minimize,maximize,close
