where to find support for new users

Hi Friends,
I'm trying out Midori for the first time. I'm not very tech savvy and have several questions and/or problems. But I can't find any place to get help. Not even its website provides a link for support, except for that FAQ, which doesn't answer any of my questions or problems.

I'm glad to ask my questions here, if this is appropriate. But better make sure before I start explaining everything.

Well, on second thought -- I see the last question answered here was a year ago....

There are several links that point to sites that offer support for all Ubuntu supplied applications.

my personal preference would be the Ubuntu Forums.

I guess I forgot to say I'm on Windows. Could I still get help there?
