Can't view checks on credit union website

The Washington Educational Credit Union website (wecu.com) uses '<a onclick="javascript:viewCheckPopup. . . .' to download a check pdf and display it. Trying to display a check processes the download before saying the check is not available. It probably has something to do with the way Midori passes downloaded pdf's to an external reader - after prompting the user to save or display the downloaded file.
