Refresh vs Reload

How do you get Midori to reload a web page on the command line and not refresh a web page. The difference between placing the curser in the address bar and hitting enter key and pressing the ctrl+r. The issues is displaying dynamic ASPX pages. The data changes but this is not reflected when a refresh is done. It is, however, if a reload is done. in most browser this is accomplished by shift+ctrl+r or shift+f5, these do not seem to work in Midori. If I close the tab the undo-close tab this works but the flicker and white dysplay is not acceptable for a kiosk display.
