How can I enable tab switching via right-ctrl+page up/down?

I encountered this issue using Chrome. Most of the time I use 10 fingers to move around, so left-ctrl + page up/down is perfectly fine.

Sometimes, I also want to use the right ctrl button for this. Using Ubuntu 14.04 this works.

Is there a way I can re-enable it for eOS? Or could it be re-enabled by default?

Alright. This was due to having eOS running in a virtual machine (VirtualBox). The host key was 'right ctrl', so that was the reason.

I hope this might help others as well.
