How do I set the "choose file" window to thumbnails?

Most of the pictures I upload from my computer are named with timestamps, not descriptions. When trying to upload with Midori, I'm given a long list of meaningless numbers. Thumbnails would make things much easier. Is there any way to change this setting?

We just use default gtk file chooser currently. I think it used have thumb working but maybe im mixing it up with some other program that had custom code for it. So if gtk chooser offers thumbnails view it should work just fine. Somebody would need to look it up.

Can you help with this problem?
