Are proxy .pac files supported?

I have been informed that libproxy does process .pac files but when I set up a proxy URL containing a .pac file it doesn't work.

This is what I'm trying to use: https://immunicity.org/getstarted

and the URL is: http://clientconfig.immunicity.org/pacs/all.pac
