I have generated p p > t t~ process
afterwards when I go to cross section, I am presented by 3 cross sections
qq_ttx
gg_ttx
and the total one

I wanted to ask, in front of qq_ttx and gg_ttx, there is something like this

     |Cross section|error|events|unwgt|luminosity
G2| 425 | |196.075| 11235.0|26.4
G1

what do these 196.075 events mean in this context?

That's the number of times that we did evaluate the matrix-element. (so hee close to 200 thousands times)
