renormalization and factorization scale

Dear Olivier,

I want ask a very simple question.

If I set " 4 = dynamical_scale_choice '' and " 0.5 = scalefact " in the run_card, does it mean that renormalization scale and factorization scale are both \sqrt{s}*0.5 ?
Renormalization scale and factorization scale are equal, right?
