File not found error: amcatnlo_configuration.txt

Dear experts,
I am trying to generate a gridpack for the pp > w + Njets process, and the generation stops after ~1 hour of running on the NLO step with the following error:

This sounds a filesystem issue.
I guess that you did face a disk failure ~1h after your job started.
You can check that to see if the file exists if it is then this is clearly a filesystem problem.
