What you can do is
1) create a bug report on https://bugs.launchpad.net/mg5amcnlo
2) attach the file /home/samiullah/Downloads/MG5_aMC_v2.9.13/MG5_aMC_v2_9_13/bin/bothvalues/run_02_tag_1_debug.log

With the informations in that file, I might be able to know what's going on.
